SEASONS/DATES/MINIMUM RENT DAYS

  • Long weekends, motorcycle races, Formula 1, Tour, Vuelta Ciclista, the Rocío or Carnival on Low Season will be considered as MEDIUM.

DISCOUNTS

​

  • Long duration discount of 10% from 8 days in Low and Medium season.

  • For groups or more than one motorhome or camper van please contact us.

  • On LOW season we have and "weekend" offer from Friday 14:00h to Sunday 21:00h from 239€

    • Limited mileage to 800km

    • Bed linen and toilet set are not included.

PARTICULAR CONDITIONS FOR RENT

​

The present conditions are only an extract, being for all purposes only valid those signed in the corresponding Rental Agreement.

​

  • The driver must be over 25 years of age and be in possession of a class B driver's license, more than 2 years old.

  • When leaving, it is mandatory to have paid the entire bill and leave a deposit of € 600 as a refundable deposit on delivery, in perfect condition of the vehicle.

  • The price of the rate includes:

    • VAT

    • Unlimited mileage (for rentals of less than 6 days the mileage will be 400 km per rental day)

    • Full risk insurance with € 600 franchise

    • Roadside Assistance Insurance

    • Tableware for beds, towels, gas bottle, Liquid or chemical tablets for WC, dishes, cutlery, glassware and kitchen utensils.

  • When confirming the availability of the motorhome or camper chosen, the customer must pay 35% of the total rental amount, without this requirement the reservation will not be confirmed.

  • In the reservations, once the 35% payment is received in firm, the client will receive an email in which Travel & Cars confirms and details the conditions of the same. Said mail will serve as proof.

  • In case of cancellation, prior communication to Travel & Cars, you must pay:

    • If the cancellation was made between 15 and 30 days before the start of the rental, 25% of the total of the reserve

    • If the cancellation occurs 15 days before the start of the rental, 50% of the total of the reserve

  • Failure to present the day and time of departure may result in the loss of 100% of the total

  • In case you want to extend the rental time, you must communicate it in a timely manner to Travel & Cars. Confirmation of the extension will be subject to vehicle availability.

  • The delivery and return of the vehicle will be made in the bases of Travel & Cars, unless otherwise agreed.

  • The vehicle will be used for normal motorhome use, not being able to transport more people than allowed by law, or transporting goods, or transferring the use to third parties.

  • Travel with pets is allowed, under the terms and conditions of the contract.

  • The motorhomes and campers will be returned clean and with empty wastewater deposits, otherwise the customer will be charged, for cleaning, a minimum of € 100 to be deducted from the deposit.

  • The user responds to any sanctions or fines derived from their actions or omissions.

  • The fact of renting a motorhome or camper implies full acceptance of these conditions.
